Q: I am trying to connect my printer, canon MG3170, it has been connected to the same WIFI network, but I still showing "no airprint printers found". I have tried to restart the printer few times but still the same. Please help, thanks (Dhoni-Singapore)

Can you print on the same printer via your Wi-Fi network from any other device in your home?

power everything off printer & router.

re-boot ipad.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake

button until a red slider appears, then drag the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake

button until the Apple logo appears.  page 128 iPad user manual.
