I am having the exact same issues as Andrew2. None of the "solutions" offered by Texas mac man apply. like Wbranderson, my SIM was swapped by the geniuii at the bar. They are clueless at the store and told me to wait 24 hours for the problem to correct itself. ***!

I work pretty much exclusively with VZW, but it seems to me the next step would be to talk to your cell provider and be sure the new SIM is associated correctly with the cellular account on the iPad. I think sometimes there is a disconnect between Apple and the various cell providers.
