Apr 2, 2013 7:22 AM in response to jack185by Csound1,Boot Camp is on your machine from new, no download needed. Are you talking about the Support Software (Windows drivers?)
Look in Applications>Utilities for Boot Camp Assistant.
Back up your machine before you start.

What is happening when you try to install it, what error messages do you see.

The error message that comes up says that i can only install windows 7 insert a full windows 7 dvd
I've seen tutorials on youtube and they have the same boxes with the same descriptions as me that say its only for 7, but it still manages to install windows 8... I dont know what im doing wrong.
