I am trying to set up an icloud account on a Win7PC, so I can share photos with my family who are on ipads. I have followed the instructions several times on how to get started on icloud, how to set up an Apple ID (which I was able to do), and I just go round in circles when I get to the iCloud dashboard. The same message My Applie ID is not an iCloud account. The 'Learn More' button doesnt take you anyway, as far as I can tell, and the 'Learn More about iCloud' takes you to the iCloud page for trouble shooting, which presumes that you already have an icloud account, since it doesnt tell you what to do to resolve the error message that I have.

Any advice much appreciated.
