You will never know, until Apple announces it.
iTunes Match started in 18 countries in november and added 19 countries in januari. Good chance that Denmark will be in the next round, possibly in march.
While you are waiting, Apple has time to fix a lot of iTunes Match issues ;-)
This is correct, country lauches are not routinely issued as forecast dates.
A good Apple reference to track is: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085
It is likely that local Denmark Apple technology watch sites will be the best source for the annoucement on the day.
Currently new country releases are routinely causing the iTunes Match service to fail whilst the infrastructure catches up with the new loading patterns - it is frustrating since all that had used a reasonably good service experience a service no longer capable of matching Songs with the exception of those very recently purchased or newly purchased.
Being an early user of a new service obviously has advantages and disadvantages.
Currently, I can't recommend iTunes Match yet.
It's uploading all of my 10.000+ songs. The matching process takes hours and hours on a broadband connection. It has only completed about 500 songs sofar.

One year later, I'm a very happy iTunes Match user and I would not want to miss it anymore :-)
If you want to cancel, go to iTunes > Store > Login to your account settings > "iTunes in the cloud" > click on the button to stop your subscription.
