I'm using Iphone 5 with the latest version of Viber and iOS. Everything was fine but since yesterday I dont have sound, the sound of Viber app is not transferring to the internal phone speaker. I called different people and I can not hear any of them. I even reinstalled Viber but nothing changed. The only option to hear people is when the speaker is on. I dont know what else to do?

First, please try uninstalling Viber, reboot your iPhone, then install and try again. Also, make sure there is no other app running in the background or even installed, that is colliding with Viber's operation.

Hello Viber Team!
I'm using an iPhone 4s right now. So far, I have no problem with Viber until one day, my phone isn't notifying me that someone already messaged me. And whenever I text back, it is only 'Sent' and it will take 5-30 minutes before it could actually deliver the message. I thought my internet connection was just slow but whenever I surf the web like going to YouTube and watch videos, it loads fast! So, I conclude that Viber has a problem. Please help me fix the problem as soon as possible.

These our 2 different problems.
The problem with the notifications may be a connection. We recommend that you test Viber on a few different WiFi networks in order to identify the source of the problem.
About the 'Delivered' issue - this actually means that the destination contact of the message was not online to receive it. Please make sure that the destination user is online and is checking their Viber.

I am using iPhone 3GS and yesterday I installed Viber on my phone and then deactivated my account, because i wanted to delete some contacts, anyway i wanted it back after i deleted contacts and installed it again from AppStore and done all that and waiting for sms to get the PIN to enter but i didnt get any SMS..
I want to know do i need to wait 24 hours for a new PIN or what?

Please try removing Viber, wait 24 hours, reinstall and try again (make sure you try both the SMS and the automated call options).
In addition, you may try to register to Viber with a different number (for example - your home landline number, a friend's number, etc.), in order to determine whether the problem is specific with your number, or a general one.

I dont have any problems with viber per se but I was just wondering if you guys were starting a viber to local phone phone paid service (like skype) as well. I have been using Google Voice to make international calls but I like the look and feel of viber better

Hi Viber team,
I have iphone 4s and i have ios 6.1.3. My problem is that if it 's locked or unlocked to homescreen or in any other app, viber is not ringing and it's running in the backround. I have to be in viber to recieve messages or receive calls. Can i fix it?? Thanks in advance!!

Dear Viber Team,
I have an iPhone 4S, am located in Virginia USA and run on iOS 6.1.3. I have a manufacture unlocked iPhone. Up until about 3 weeks ago, I was using Viber most daily. Since then, I have had issues - I can call out to any number, there is no 'ringing' noise and when the other person picks up, I cannot hear him/her. I have restarted my iPhone; I rang my carrier and had them re-set the network; I went to the genius bar yesterday and they did a full reinstall and wipe of my iPhone. I run on 4G and have tried to connect on 3 different wifis, all to no avail. I do not run any applications in the background and have cleared my cookies/internet history.
I am desperate to get back online and communicate free of charge with my partner who lives overseas. He has also tried on multiple connections (both over 4G and 2 different wifi connections) and we cannot seem to figure out the problem.
Have you heard of an issue that has to do with the app? Please HELP!!!
