**** Apple Community,

I have an iPhone 3gs and it was working fine two days ago, but suddenly the wifi connection doesn't work anymore.

It detects my home connection, but just can't connect (the spinning ball on the left keeps loading but never completes the connection).

My 3G connection (Telcel, which is my local carrier) works fine. The problem is only found with the WiFi connection.

I have read some solutions such as restaring the phone (home buttom + lock key), erasing the home connection and joining it again, restaring the phone but nothing works.

I have read some recomendations like putting the iPhone on a freezer or open it to verify the wifi cable is not broken, but I don't want to try either due to I am not expert and don't want to damage the phone.

Can someone with the same problem help me to solve it, please?

Thank you!

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.3

Did you try restarting your router?  Unplugging it, then power off your phone.   Then power up the router wait for the signal to clear and then power up your phone.
