I mean: I want to reset my phone, but I don't want lose my phone numbers or text messages because my phone keep showing no memory or etc

A reset does not remove any data.
Only a restore as new will remove data from the device.
If the device is showing no memory, you should seriously remove some apps, media, or pictures from the device.

Contacts should be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service. Not doing so is completely unintelligent.
Text messages are contained in the backup. If you really want them saved, copy the text of the message to a note or email and email them to yourself. You cannot "import" text messages into a phone.
Restoration of the backup is all or nothing.
