Q: Profile Manager in Mac computer lab type.

Hello everyone,

I serached the suggested answers from the title of my post and googled it before. Hope it not a big repeat question.

We have a Mac OS X Lion Server which gets the users from Active directory on Server 2008.

Our MacBook Pro and Air clients are also at Lion.

Where and how in profile manager do I set the mandatory calendars and other mandatory configurations when many different users can use any particular computer?

Same question for calendars that are to a specific group of people.

We also have iPad 2 also in non 1:1 setup. is it the same process?

Francois.

if you want the user personal profile settings to be on all of the users devices, add their personal settings to the user settings

normally all user, user groups, device and device groups are OTA pushed profiles

except for settings for everyone (everyone group) which is normally a user optional download only
