Q: repair disk permissions warning message: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

What does this message mean? Should I be concerned?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

From what I know, that message appears after a Remote Desktop update or something similar. You don't have to worry about this permission because you can ignore it and it won't damage Mac OS X > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
