How do I see what my computer has for a processor, ram, and hard drive data?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

    To access to your hardware information, just go to  > About this Mac. Here you will be able to access to some information as your OS X version, processor and memory. If you want more information, press "More Info" and you will access to more information, and if you want all the data of your Mac, press "System Report" after selecting More Info
