Q: I can't sync videos to my 5th gen. nano

I got 6 videos from the iTunes store to watch for when I'm traveling but I can never get them to sync. I tend to get this message (X) which is weird because my brother has the exact same kind of ipod and he got TV shows on his... If anybody can help me it would be very much appreciated.

If the videos are "HD," they are too high resolution for the screen on the iPod.  If you paid for the HD version of the video from the iTunes Store, you may be entitled to download the SD (standard def) version of the video at no additional cost.  The SD version of the videos should load play on iPods (and also take up MUCH less of the valuable storage space).
