I cannot attach files to emails in Outlook since I was converted from Hotmail. I'm in Safari.

Any help please?

Thanks Greg

You say you are "in Safari." Does that mean you are using Outlook WebApp (Outlook via a web browser interface)? Or are you using the Microsoft Outlook application running from your Mac (a program from your Applications folder, as opposed to the lite version that runs in a browser like Safari)?

And what do you mean by "cannot attach files to emails"? What happens when you try, and how are you going about it?

    Greg,

Because this is a MS Outlook issue I'd strongly suggest using the correct forum. There is a forum specifically for Office for Mac Product Forums

Crikey Steve, my message is a bit vague isn't it?

I open Safari, then used to open hotmail. The wise fellows at Microsoft have deemed that we should all use Outlook and have converted me. When I open my Outlook account all looks well, until I try to attach a file to an email that I want to send. The paperclip logo does not respond when clicked, so I can't attach a file. There seems to be a problem because when I Googled it other MAC users have the same problem. Have you come across it?

    Regards Greg

I am familiar with using the Outlook WebApp and also MS-Outlook from Office 2011 (or 2008). I'm not sure if you are using either of these.

In any case, how about you try with a different browser, such as Firefox? If the same problem persists, then you might need to contact the email provider.
