My iTunes won't recognise my iPhone 4S.

Whenever i connect my iPhone, iTunes would go " This iphone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes."


  1. I have re-installed iTunes to the latest version.
  2. Restart my iPhone
