who know the code below:

please tell me what's the meaning?

 

OK.this is a code to set the warcraft gateway. but I dont know the codes' real meaning, if some one know it , explain me

 

and in the code 'myfile.reg' is a file , where should I put it , it think this code dont not point the myfile.reg path.

 

infact i cant set the gateway use this code.because i  dont know the myfile.reg path and what's the real meaming////
