... and that would mean you lost the real and accurate date of the file, but if you look in Windows properites it is there. But on Mac it would be lost and is not there in Get Into.
You are using notebook MacBook Pro, not workstation 65lbs Mac Pro.

That I already know, my workflow requires I copy existing folder structures and files as templates and edit where required hence the requirement of having a new created date for the folder and files.
Dont understand what you are trying to say about the windows bit... please elaborate.

you brought up Windows, and I just brought up Properties for any file on NTFS.
HFSX of course is what you are likely using (you can use NTFS formatted using Paragon's driver for OS X).
You could use Tri–Backup 6 to do your copying and that is what I use but you are not "creating" a file. And Mountain Lion and Lion Added, Created, Opened, Modified
Have you checked to have those option on list views?
