Q: I cannot play content purchased from the iTunes Store

Itunes  asks for my appleID to play the song but when I do show this message

 

 

"This computer is already authorised.

Including this one, you have authorised one computer out of your available 5."

 

But Ican't play the song

 

Even in my Ipod

    Try this - log out of your iTunes account - reboot the Mac and log back in to your iTunes account.

     

    Are you sure that the tune in question is associated with your iTunes account? Select the tune and then 'Get Info' > Summary - you should see your account details.
