Q: Is my IPhone 4G working

my IPhone 5 says LITE but never says 4G i have checked enable lite. Ami able to get it to show the icon 4G to ensure that the 4G is on?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3

You mean LTE? If it says LTE you have LTE. Not sure what you're confused about.
