Q: MacOS/ARDAgent

My computer was running slow to startup so I ran disk Utility and repaired permissions. 

What does MacOS/ARDAgent do and why cannot the permissions be repaired?

Apple Remote Desktop Agent runs with special privileges that Disk Utility reports as erroneous. It is not. You may ignore it.
