Q: Had 5 devices (2- iPhones+1-iTouch+2PCs) authorized in my iTunes Acct. 1 PC died; new PC has iTunes. Deleted old PC+iTouch, yet iTunes won't let me add new PC! Help?!
Had 5 devices. Deleted 2 to make room under my iTunes account. One computer crashed and couldn't be repaired and was replaced by a new HP Pavillion running Windows 8. Downloaded iTunes software seamlessly. However, when accessing my iTunes account, I cannot seem to authorize this new PC which replaced the broken one even after I deauthorized/removed the old one from my list. While iTunes site states max 5 devices/account, I cannot add the new PC even though I am inside of the "limit" of 5 devices. How can I rectify and authorize my replacement PC? Any suggestions are more appreciated! Thanks. paolomtk
