Apr 16, 2013 9:02 PM in response to Mosaicrogoby sheila_mn,I first had "An unknown error...(-3212)". Then the ones you all show. I just happened to have a Win 8 Update and finally updated to iTunes 11.0.2.26 tonight so I have been messing with firewalls and reviewing all of the itty bitty details of both based on the useless support docs.
I'm just going to hang it up for another day. Sorry all of you are having problems too.

Apr 16, 2013 9:18 PM in response to Mosaicrogoby pocketknife,I tried the parental control and tried signing out and back in again, neither worked and I can't sign into my iTunes now. Hopefully this will be fixed by morning...sorry to all that are having the same issue. At least it can be safe to assume that it's not our systems but something on Apple's servers that is the issue.

Apr 16, 2013 9:30 PM in response to Mosaicrogoby Rob8a,This worked for me:
Despite this article being out of date (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3288), disabling the iTunes store in Parental Control preferences then re-enabling the store worked for me.

Apr 16, 2013 9:38 PM in response to Mosaicrogoby RallyGirl,Unfortunately, I did the software upgrade on my Ipod and my Ipad and up until then everything worked just fine. I've tried all the suggestions posted and nothing fixes it. Any other ideas out there? I'm going to guess that there's a bug in the upgrade? Everything worked just fine before on the devices, and oddly now, I can't even access from the PC... Not impressed.
