My iphone 4s had a glitch with the battery and had to be sent off for repair. Took it to an AT&T store and they put a new sim card into my iphone 3g and they activated it right there so I wouldnt have to go without a phone. I just got my iphone 4s back from repair yesterday and I have restored the data, ect and it's charged and ready to go.The problem is, I need to deactivate my 3 and reactivate my 4s.

Apple's site only gave me 3 options for activation:

1: if it's a new phone, call here and pay a $15 activation fee

2:if it's an upgrade, call here for activation.

3: if you're switching carriers, call here.

Well, I'm none of the above. The phone isnt an upgrade, I'm not switching carriers and I've activated it and paid the fee back in october so it isn't new.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
