Q: Airport Express connection issues

My wifi is working through Airport Express with all my other devices but not my iPhone 3. Message says "The AirPort Express named "Apple Network 2269b7" cannot be set up by this software. Go to Apple.com/support/airport" I cannot find any help there.

You need to determine the model number of the AirPort Express. Examine its case for a four digit model number beginning with the letter A.

Then, you need to determine the version of OS X you are using. Select About This Mac from the Apple () menu. Its version number appears next to the word Version.

Then, we can discuss what you need to do.
