I haven't done anything with users at all so far. I'm still using Wifi. The guy at Best Buy said just stick with the wifi and that ethernet wouldn't be much faster.

Every time you run MA you make a new user (did you read the directions at all?)

The guy at Best Buy is a fool, Ethernet is 3 to 5 times faster than WiFi. (Possibly up to 10 times faster)

Using WiFi you should be prepared to wait 12 to 24 hours before it completes (unless it fails) WiFi is the slowest and least reliable method you could have chosen, any (all) other methods are preferable. Now that you have a 6 hour plus investment in this procedure you should let it run, the mess can be ceaned up later, when it has completed.

Oh ok. I read the prompts. There were no other instructions. Ok. Thanks.

    From the help document:

"Logged-in user" means only the data belonging to the user account that you are logged in to Windows with is transferred. To transfer data from other user accounts, repeat this process while logged in to the other account(s). A new user account will be created in OS X each time you perform a migration.

I bolded the part you did not read.
