Btw I may have enabled only running signed apps (or something similar) on WIndows 8 when installing, if this is the case, how do I disable it? I think that might be the problem...

Oh... It seems the flashdrive's files weren't working, and most of the files were missing! I'm recopying the support software to the flashdrive now...

Finally, the solution! I just had to use another flashdrive. If anybody has this problem, all you have to do is just change flashdrive. In my case the pdf files were corrupted when transferred to the flashdrive, using disk utility seemed to remove most of the folders, and many other files were "broken" as well, so change the flashdrive and it should work!
