Run an Apple hardware Test:
You may have to use OPTION D to start it.
See what that picks up.
You may also bring the MBP to an Apple store or AASP for a diagnostic evaluation.

Thank you for your answer , I forget to tell that , i did that twice. and did not detect any fault!
After wraiting the main post , I made reset again (shift+option+control+power), the result is new and strange this time , the fan run very fast , i can hear the fan noise , and started faster (less time black screen), and found the battary failure !! (X sign on Battary Icon), i left the Mac 4 hours did not stop ! or made restart, i shutdown
again and made rest again , everything returne back to 1st condation ! battary is ok and fan work normal , and take long time to open.

I know that you reset the SMC, but did you go through all of the steps in this support article. Review this just to be certain;
The last option is the trip to a repair facility for a diagnostic test.

Yes , i did all steps before and did it again,
Addational information, if the mac open i can restart it very fast, but if the computer already shutdown or sleep , it take forever to open.
im searching for MBP to an Apple store or AASP for a diagnostic evaluation. i can not find it , would you please give a link for it.
