TS3281 Please help i've had my ipad since the third of April and as of this date can't keep it on for more than one day.

I've had my ipad since April the third and can't get a full day s use out of it.I' had a computer tech who things the trouble lies in the wireless router.I've also had a comcast tech who thinks the problem is in the ipad that  the arial isn't picking up the signal.who am i to believe.Here i sit with a $600 piece of equipment i can't get any real use out of it.PLEASE help thanks
