i had my shuffle 3rd gen get laundary with my mistake.

but there was no problem.

i used to charge my shuffle with portable battery pack, but i guess that caused a problem.

if i turn the shuffle on and play it normal mode then change to shuffle mode nothing happens. (even no change mode sound)

then after 10or more second my shuffle sounds like boom and then turns out. i guess it has a kind of software problem

so i ve got my shuffle recovery mode, but nothing happens....

what should i do....

im not english user... i wish you understand my poor english grammars....

If it is still recognized by iTunes, doing a Restore on the shuffle will fix a software problem, because it will erase the shuffle and re-install the software.  The Restore is done from the shuffle's Summary tab.

However, there is likely to be a hardware problem because it got wet, perhaps in the power switch in your case.  You may want to leave it alone for a few days in a warm place with air circulation, if the laundry thing was recent (in the last week or so).
