TS1702: iOS: An app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open

Learn about iOS: An app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open

TS1702 ITech Developer is ripping off App Store customers and there is NO contact information for this Vendor.  Doesn't the Apple/Mac reputation stand for good anymore?  Why would they allow such a ripoff developer remain in the App Store!  I am outraged!

You cannot contact the iTech Developer.  This ripoff vendor has no contact info and I expected more protection from Apple then to allow such a shady vendor to sell to their customers.  Their collage app is a complete ripoff.  It does nothing!  It's partly my fault for not reading reviews first!  I know better now.  Thought Apple would safeguard their customers as they have always done in the past!  I am very upset right now!
