I could never post everything I've tried over the last 2yrs but I'll list a few.
Network security all settings. WEP2 know.
Net channels tried all between 1-11
Other routers and networks.
I've replaced my router with the newest Fios has.
Newest router firmware
deleted all network settings and locations.
Replaced hard drive
Reinstalled ML more times than can be counted including clean usb installation, wifi won't connect to finish install
Nothing restored from backups
All settings set to Apple default
No other software installed, just ML
No other Apple software installed just ML
It doesn't matter if I'm typing or computer is sleeping it drops wifi either way.
When using Lion some one post a command line from Snow Leopard and it helped a lot but it had no change with ML
I know I'm missing most other stuff I've tried. Remember it's been 2yrs of trying things over and over.

Not knowing what you have tried, and it sounds like you have tried a lot, you may get information that repeats what you have already tried. People responding to you are starting somewhat in the dark, so expect a few tries which may frustrate you. If the drive is a laptop, have you tried going somewhere to access another wireless network? That might let you know if it is something to do with your network or if it is the same for all networks. If you have an Apple store near you, I've read they generally have decent WiFi. Is the computer still in warranty? If so, you could make a Genius Bar Reservation to let Apple technicians see if they can find the problem while they can actually see the computer.
A starting point:

Thanks for that list.
Out of all you posted I tried everything with Apple on the phone.
I'm the only one who uses this Mac and I constantly check my settings incase something was changed on it's own because of some app. But I'll lock it after retrying everything over again.
I'll be glad to get it down to once every few days again. I haven't complaned about it in a long time because I could live with that. That's where I was before it went back to dropping constantly. Lets face it once a day would be great. I've had to reboot just trying to reply.
I've started taking some live on line courses so it's not just an announce to me. It started again before I started classes.
The 10.8.3 update made it worse. But not enough to go back to 10.8.2.
My mail program is affected the worst. When wifi drops and Mail is running I always have to force quit. I know that's an affect no the cause.
I do have another Genius Bar appointment for that and a couple of other issues. The first time they denied there were any wifi issues until I gave them the names of the engineers that called me with their email addresses and phone numbers. I've since lost their phone numbers but still have their email addresses. I know one was a CA area code and the Main one was from TX. I have emailed them this week but still no reply.
Like I said once it went down to dropping every few days I didn't care any more.
I'll keep you up to date.

Oh maybe this will give you an idea.
If I drop wifi then try connecting through USB or Bluetooth to my iphone and then tether to the internet it can't find my iphone.
If I tether to my phone through USB or Bluetooth right at startup after a reboot. It will connect to it that way and stay connected. I can't always run it tethered because my phone usage goes through the roof. Plus it's slow.
Forgot Lan is the same way, I must reboot first.

Ok his my update:
Right after redoing all of the above. Reboot, wi-fi dropped in 5 minutes. Next time lasted 3 hrs. Next day 10-15 min and then again 6 hrs later.
This is about the result I expected after 2 yrs of doing these same fixes.
So I know this is still the same Band-Aid. I was hoping for a real fix finally.
Still know one can explain, why it never completely goes away, why my 2nd MacBook Pro an almost complete clone of this one has never acted up. That has games on it also. Last thing why I can't even complete a clean install of ML because it drops wi-fi.
BUT I said if I get it back to a few days or at least 5-6 hours I'd be fine until the next time it goes back to dropping every few minutes and it will. Remember it's not gone it's just extended the time between act ups.
All I can do is keep my fingers crossed again that the next OS X will have the issue fixed. I have heard rumors that the next OS X will be out later than the last two. Hopefully that's because they are addressing the issue.

Here is the update:
Started acting up again constantly. I already had an Appointment at the Guinness Bar. I repartition and formatted the drive. Tried installing ML on line, dropped wifi so back to the USB drive. I wanted nothing but ML on my Mac so software wasn't the blame.
Well it acted up for them right on schedule. I told them that I had dealing with some engineers from Apple on it a while ago. He check out all the diag files, no errors and I told them what test that Apple already had me do and and send them back then I left. An hour later they called and they said we don't know who told you Apps or settings caused this issue on your Mac but it was your Airport, it test bad when acting up.
So everything seems good and I'm happy. Internet speed just a hair under 60bps, Wi-Fi 144 Mbit/s.
