Q: Cable company having trouble fixing...

Microsoft products can access Wireless Internet our 6 Apple products are not picking up our wireless Internet. We can not get on Safari. Help!

Upgrade to OS X 10.8.3 if you can. Also carefully read and use

What wireless router are you using and what wireless network security is currently in use also?
