I unistalled and re-installed iTunes 11.02 on my laptop a couple times.  Each time I got a message popup saying, "AppleMobileDevice failed to start, confirm that you have the necessary priveledges to continue, Retry, Ignore, Cancel".  I am the owner and Administrator.  If I press ignore, then the .exe file does not install.  I confirmed this when I went to Control Panel, Administration, Systems, Apple Mobile Device Service.  I tried to re-Start the service but got a message that AppleMobileDeviceService.exe could not be located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\AppleMobileDeviceService.exe".  And in Win Explorer, I confirmed that the file does not exist on the C: drive.

Is there a way to download that file by itself and load it into the correct directory?  Are there any other files that I need to manually install to get Apple mobile devices to work properly?

What about files for the  64 bit Program Files folder?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.2, Samsung Laptop PC, 64 bit, Win 7
