Q: Does any one know why my air play tv icon is missing from the recents bar.. It is now on the top of the screen when I press the home button twice. How do I get it back on the bottom recents bar

Does anyone know why the airplay TV icon has moved from the recents bar, mine has now gone to the top of the screen. How do I get it back to the recents bar?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.3

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
