My iPad and iPhone 4S cannot find my Canon MG6350 printer. They ARE on same wi-fi. My pc finds the printer no problem, and I can print from it! What is the problem? They are both updated with latest software. I have tried to delete the wifi from iPad and restore it, - no change. Looking at Apple sites suggest contacting Printer Manufacturer, but when it works with my pc - surely the problem is with Apple, - or?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Read through the Airprint troubleshooting advice here:

Make sure that you have the latest firmware installed in your printer and that your router supports Bonjour (zero configuration networking).

The fact that your PC can print to the printer means nothing. It isn't using Airprint.

Restarting your printer and WiFi router by removing power to them for 30 seconds may clear up the problem.

If you are sure your iPhone and printer are on the same wifi network then the most likely problem is that your router is blocking the Bonjour packets used for discovery. What make and model router?
