Reboot your router. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again and see if that makes a difference.

no difference.i did this several times nothing happens. And i'm also connected with 2 laptops and 2 phones , so it is not the router's problem

Reboot the iPad as well and see if that makes any difference.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

From your description it does sound like your iPad may have a WiFi problem, possibly an antenna problem but, if you are having WiFi problems, it is necessary to isolate whether the problem is with your network or your iPad. Note: Do NOT consider your network to be blameless if some other devices can connect to it.

First, test your iPad on some other WiFi networks: a friends, Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, etc.

If it works well there then the problem is probably with your network. Check for a firmware update for your router. If none exists which corrects the problem consider replacing the router.

If your iPad does not function well on other networks it probably does have a hardware problem. You could try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings to see if that corrects the problem. If not, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple store for evaluation. They can provide a replacement if your iPad is bad.

i did the part with Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings but nothing happened. idk what to say becouse it can connect to the internet but it needs to be one finger distance maximum from router...but i did connect to internet somehow one or 2 months ago from my room. i did something like a hotspot with my phone and then it connected from my room to the rooter which is in the livingroom . but i think that was just luck. after power off , same problem
