Apr 27, 2013 6:11 PM in response to AGeorgiaby 24GHz,Try pulling out the plug on your Internet modem,wait 30 seconds. Then plug back in and wait for it to boot up. Then restart Apple TV, and it should work. How long have you had this problem?
