Q: wifi / internet

Hi! My apple tv says that it is connected to my net work but cannot connect to the internet. All other devices are using the wifi and internet without issue. Please help.

try a restart or pull out the power and wait 30 seconds and replug.

Thanks, but this did not work. It still says: "Your Apple TV is connected to "Network" but cannot connect to the in Internet".

Try pulling out the plug on your Internet modem,wait 30 seconds. Then plug back in and wait for it to boot up. Then restart Apple TV, and it should work. How long have you had this problem?
