First, make sure it is off. Then put it in a warm place and let it dry for a few days, then try turning it on. I am not quite sure how long to let it dry, but hopefully that is long enough.

You can speed up the process by having a fan blow on it.
Hopefully after it is dry it works. However do not try turning it on when it is still wet! Have patience and let it dry first.
