You're the only person on this thread who isn't here to try and resolve their issues. You're here to bash Apple and nothing more. You've offered no advice, no solutions and simply troll the thread and is and Apple off.

Actually until you'd come along, the thread was just a bunch of iPhone users exchanging ideas. Exactly as it should be. You're making me wonder if you're some dummy Samsung has hired to troll Apple forums. Just like they've been found doing in the past.

I've offered a LOT of advice. Go back a few dozen pages I just don't keep repeating what I said on every page like you.

The solutions are 0. None. There is no solution for this issue. The ios 6.1.3 battery drain issue has no solution except wait for apple to fix it. That's the truth. There's nothing more to say.

You didn't have an ios 6.1.3 drain issue. You had a crappy app draining your battery issue. Those are 2 different things. You're providing solutions to nothing.

It's currently 144th most downloaded app on the store. Previously it's been top 10 and for months it was in top 50.

We're talking millions and millions of downloads to achieve that kind of position.

So no, we don't need to post screenshots. And even if we did, you'd claim they were fake like you did earlier when we posted screenshots of our battery life.

What have you to gain here?

You're getting an S4. You've already stated you don't want an iPhone. You've also said you're sick of testing. So why are you still here? Because you're a troll. That's why. Prove you're not by shutting up and going away.

    Look at our last posts.

I talked about how my battery % goes crazy and jumps around under 6.1.3 (also 6.1.2).

    You're talking about Chrome.

I'm discussing the issue on topic. You're off topic.

Go open a thread "Chrome drains your battery" and get out of here. You're totally off topic

It doesn't matter. Chrome has nothing to do with the topic. This is about ios 6.1.3 draining the battery. Not about Chrome.

Somehow you can't get that through your head.

I've already given the issue. The issue is that ios 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 is reporting the incorrect battery %. Your % goes down like a rocket until your phone dies. Also the % jumps around for no reason and many people are reporting their phones die at 15% pr 10%.

This isn't a Chrome issue. It is an iOS issue.

Get on topic and get it through your head.

Ok. I'm not going to acknowledge another word you say. I'm not going to reply to anything you say.

Don't respond to anything I post.

Otherwise this entire thread is going to be wasted by this BS.

    Good for you

How do you like the Galaxy S4? How's the battery life so far for you on the GS4?

Realmaverick says the phone lasts about 4 hours. Is this true?

Yes. If you turn off Data your battery life is going to be super. That's not ideal though right?

I'm not going to replace it because I've sorted my battery problem.  I gave up JB and updated from 6.1.2 to 6.1.3 and currently have 83% battery after 3h 50m usage and 16h standby.  At that rate I'll get 90 hours out of it which is good enough for me.  And I've turned Location services on for some apps and still getting great battery life.  More than happy I updated now after the problems I had with 6.1.2.

Also, just to respond to something you said in another post about iPhone battery life being historically poor whichever iPhone version, check out the Android forums.  They're all full of poor battery issues because Android OS is poor at managing the battery and it won't be any different with the S4.  I've just come from Android, within the last 2 weeks, and I wouldn't go back to Android for anything, even after all the issues I had with 6.1.2.

There are exceptions but these are user exceptions and not handset exceptions and the same can be said about iPhone.  There is not a single smartphone in the world where you will find zero complaints regarding battery life.  It's just how it is.

    Mai pen rai.

I've had this same problem of battery % misreporting on two Android phones and so have other people according to an android forum I used to follow so it's not specific to iPhone.
