Is your drive a Toshiba?
Count of retry of spin start attempts. If the HDD can't start its spindle on the first try (to make HDD work) it makes another try - and so on while the spindle will not rotate normally. This attribute stores a count of start retries.
I think this is like a count of how often you start your computer and the drive doesn't engage, and you have to reboot it again?
I get a yellow result on this test. What I am deferrring from reading these other posts is that if you get this error, but no bad blocks or sectors on your disk and your overall SMART status is good, then its not too much of a concern. But I may be wrong.
