Take it to Apple for evaluation and find out what they have to say.
No one here can say for certain what will happen as we are all users like yourself.
Expect to have to pay for a replacement though as the device has obvious physical damage.

I agree. It is hard to say what the ultimate result will be on your issue. Take it into to a store and have the techs look at it. You do have the 12-month warranty if you have had your phone less than one year.
