I let my dad use my laptop to restor his Ipod with his Itunes account and it keeps wanting to synk with my account. I tried loging out and logging back in under his account. but now luck. Any ideas?

I don't understand the question fully...  Is the problem that his iPod is synced with your laptops iTunes library?  Or is your iTunes library not working properly in some way?  So, you'll need to describe the actual problem in more detail, not what you think is the cause of the problem.

There is no such thing as an "iTunes account."  There is an iTunes library.  There is an iTunes Store account (also known as an Apple ID).  An iPod syncs with an iTunes library.  It is not directly associated with an Apple ID (except if the iPod is an iPod touch).
