In late 2012, I purchased a $20 upgrade for iCloud storage.  The purchase was made with credits from iTunes cards which were recorded in my account.  The purchase was deducted from my account; however, now I cannot find where my iCloud storage has been upgraded.  In addition, new music I have added to my iTunes library within the past few months has not been stored in iCloud. 

 

Any idea where I can get both issues rectified??


iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3, ITunes on PC using Windows 7
