I was very upset with a service there.

 

 

My iphone 4S caught some problem about sim card. I asked Mac Care (an authorized customer service in Chiang Mai, Thailand) for progress then they said "Our English-capable staff took leave for 3 days" (they need to contact Singapore Customer Service). Which mean I need to wait for 3 days without any progress ?
