i bought an iphone 5 on 16 jan 2013 from MOBINIL Store in Egypt , and after 2 monthes the power button stop working well it take so much time to give an action , so i returned it to MOBINIL store to return it to Apple line-Egypt and it took more then 2 weeks to fix the problem , and when the phone returned back they told me it was a Software problem - and i dont know how a software problem affect a power button - after charging the mobile i found it still not working , the phone was with the same status

So now plz tell me what to do - i know that any manufacture problem i should take a new iphone so why they dont do that here with me

i need an action from apple

    Your new iPhone will carry a 12 month warranty ... but that warranty is only valid in the country where you bought the phone.   Go back to the store you bought it from and insist on talking to the manager.   The nature of the problem is not important; the warranty is all embracing (except for damage caused by the owner).
