none of my apple devices are recognised on iTunes, i've tried all the things that i found on this website but nothing has worked! Need help ASAP please!

ive reinstalled itunes, resolved software conflicts, updated iphone, ipad and itunes, restarted computer, checked usb connections and none of this has worked. Ever since i got the most recent update for itunes this has happened. So frustrating!

iPhone 4S, Windows 7
