Is your iTunes account authorized for this computer in iTunes? - to check, open iTunes, and in the top menu bar, select "store", then "authorize this computer".

If you computer is authorized, then check the "Apps syncing tab" in iTunes, and ensure you have your Apps set to sync

in case you didn't get an answer to your question.
If all the devices are using the same computer and they are set up with the same itunes account on the device it will work perfectly. If you have more than one itunes account you simply have to take care on how you initially log into itunes.
1. open items and log in using the name and account of the device you want to sync.
2. Plug in the device to sync and it should recognize the device and be good to go. If it doesn't work, double check that the device is using the account that itunes is using.

Sync Apps to Device
Connect the device to the computer and launch iTunes.
Click on the device name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Apps Tab on the right.
Click on the Install button next to all of the apps that you want to sync
Click on the Sync Apps Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
