My computer is very slow. I have 4gb  and I think  I have enough free space  60.64 GB free out of 319.21 GB. I have moved and deleted stuff and still very slow. I have already backed up everything thru Time Machine and Carbonite so my stuff is safe.

I want to set it back to factory settings, I remember I have upgraded the OS at least twice since I got my computer, as of now I have 10.7.5 and this last one I got it thru Itunes.  As I follow the directions on my computer to reset everything as factory sttings, would I need to reinstall the two OS that I upgraded.

I know my pictures, music and documents can be  reload  but what about other programs that I have installed, would I have to install one by one?
