I placed an order for a brand new iMac thru a friend at Apple with the following configuration on Sunday (04/28) and it looks like it will be delivered today (05/02). I'm happy for the fast delivery but wondering whether I'm getting a brand new one or a refurbished/used one re-packaged as new. I read that the slim LCD needs some time to set up correctly during build. How do I ensure that I'm getting a brand new one and not a repakaged one?
