Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide has always been reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).
For what insane reason would you sell an iPhone without first doing all basic troubleshooting to rule out the actual device as the cause of the issue?
Now, you're whining about being told to do basic troubleshooting and basically refusing to do it.
That is just dumb.

Thanks for your reply..But why dumb? what if have to do this every year and lose all data and Waste time again and again? My point is while charging thousand dollar for a phone why they do not afford time to send a Fix update? I do not think if it be that difficult for apple...
