Did you get the 'Congratulations. Your iPhone is now unlocked'
message when you followed the instructions from your previous
wireless provider? If you did not, your iPhone is still locked to
them and you need to work with them to get it unlocked.
How did you test for unlock on-line?

Thank you for your answer.
I don't remember when I've unlocked my iphone (several months maybe and I'm not sure now)...and with the message "Activation requise" (activating request) I thought about a lock problem.
So I`ve tried on the carrier's on-line test to check the unlock state of my device.
Is there another way to check that ?
At home we have 2 others SIM cards, but with the same result : blocking state waiting for activating.

Not available with the old Sim
And when I put an other sim, it becomes impossible to get out the process of activating..I can just see the wifi and network activity without name of the carrier. I'm blocked with only redo, emergency numbers or wifi options.
